Chestnuts enjoyed their adventure to Amberley Museum. The children were treated to a ride on a narrow-gauge train and a vintage bus. Sitting on the top deck was a highlight, although it was a bumpy ride! They learnt the main parts of a wheel, including the hub, spokes and felly; then were challenged to create their own wheel. The children were wowed by the size of the machines and signs in the roadmaking exhibition and loved using their maths skills to purchase souvenirs in the gift shop.
